Fluorine-lined magnetic pumps are generally stored for a period of time after arriving at the use site or warehouse, during which time attention should be paid to:

(1) apply a suitable antirust agent on the unpainted surface of the uninstalled fluorine-lined magnetic pump, oil-lubricated bearings should be filled with appropriate oil, grease-lubricated bearings should be filled with only one kind of grease, do not use mixed grease.

(2) the clean liquid is pumped into the fluorine-lined magnetic force for a short time to flush the suction pipeline, discharge pipeline, fluorine-lined pump shell and impeller. After the flushing is completed, the flushing fluid from the suction line, discharge line, fluorine-lined pump shell and impeller should be discharged.

(3) drain the oil from the bearing box, add clean oil, wash the grease thoroughly and fill it with new grease.

(4) seal the suction inlet and discharge port, store the fluoroplastic pump in a clean and dry bath place, protect the motor winding from moisture, and spray the inside of the fluoroplastic pump shell with anti-rust solution and anti-corrosion solution.

(5) check the integrity of the rotating pair and related connecting parts of the fluoroplastic pump once a month, and prevent freezing at the same time. And lubricate the bearings.

(6) the fluorine-lined magnetic pump stored for a long time should be disassembled once a year, and the parts should be cleaned with oil and installed.

(7) Fluorine-lined magnetic pumps stored for more than one year should disassemble and replace the sealing rings of various parts.
